Office based Substance Abuse and Therapy services have been available through HOMECARE Management Corporation since 2003 in the Whiteville office and are now available at our Forest City and Boone offices as well.

All Counselors are licensed clinicians with many years of experience in providing ethical, culturally sensitive, high quality services designed to help with substance abuse problems as well as other concerns. We have excellent relationships with local attorneys, the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Court System, Probation, Mental Health, Physician’s Offices and Social Services, and we can assist you in navigating through the system.

HOMECARE bills Medicaid directly and also accepts referrals from the Local Management Entity (LME) of the North Carolina Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services program. In addition, we are enrolled with various insurance panels and accept private pay clients.
