HomeCare Management is a licensed home care agency that provides personal care services including geriatric care, in-home care for a disabled adult, and home health aides in North Carolina. Personal care is typically for people who are medically stable but due to physical disability or medical condition need assistance with such activities as bathing, toileting, moving about, and keeping track of vital signs. The service also usually involves housekeeping and home management tasks.

HomeCare’s staff includes In-Home Health Aides, Nursing Assistants, and Registered Nurse supervisors. Care is taken in hiring staff, with checks of references, criminal records, and driving records. HomeCare has a drug-free workplace policy and provides regular in-service training.

People may pay for the services themselves, or they may be eligible for the services under several programs. These include Medical Personal Care Services (PCS), the Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults (CAP-DA), the Community Alternatives Program for Children (CAP-C), private insurance and the Veteran’s Administration.
