Our Locust, NC office serves Stanly, Union, Cabarrus, Rowan and Gaston counties. We provide the following services: CAP-MR/DD Services including Home and Community Supports, Home Supports, Supported Employment, Personal Care, Respite Care, Individual and Caregiver Training & Education, and Specialized Consultative Services. Other services include School-Based Behavioral Services, and Personal Assistance. We offer services for Developmental Disabilities through Piedmont Behavioral Health’s Cardinal Innovations Waiver.
